One to One Coaching

If you know what you need to do for your health but struggle to implement the changes you want to make, you have come to the right place.

My one-to-one health and nutrition coaching program is here to keep you accountable, implement those changes one step at a time and make long-term healthy habits stick.

Short-term extreme diets are designed to keep you stuck in the cycle of extremes and will not help you make lasting changes. Working with a health coach one-on-one will help you make a plan that considers your individual needs based on your work, family and personal commitments.

I believe there is not a one-size-fits-all solution to feeling good. As we get to know each other we will find the best options for you and tweak them along the way.

Three-Month One-on-One Program

Two 50-minute sessions online or in person (location dependent) per month plus accountability and check-ins between sessions. A personalised program through the lens of women’s health and well-being.
